I loved everything there, I cant describe the joy and the kindness of staff all staff from manager to housekeeping. They treat you vip.

Very good and efficient staff. But dont get them to pay for taxi to airport. The taxidriver will claim he has never been paid and confrontation at airport ensues.

The location is very convenient, i.e. quiet though in the city center and near to the vital – active city spots. , friendly staff keen to assist, is very noticeable and makes you feel welcomed. I liked it

I am a regular swimmer and I couldn’t use the Pool because it was closed for maintenance during my entire stay (3 nights) without prior notice ! If I knew it before I would never checked in the hotel without operational pool !

Honestly, I loved my stay at Bristol hotel. Cleanliness, hospitality and staff are great. Location is ideal for both business and pleasure.

My only negative comment is the very thin walls between the rooms. Soundproofing should be applied.

Bristol Hotel is a very nice hotel .

Great time....nice accomodating staff.

price of phone calls for International, since my cell didnt work, but that is normal for ME hotels.

Breakfast was the only positive part of our nightmare stay.

The following are not complaints. These are what we have lived through and what we did not like! 1) 2 out of 3 days we had to call room cleaning at 3:30-4:00 PM, because they FORGOT it. 2) The walls are very thin and because most visitors use the hotel for a 1-night "special" service and are very LOUD, it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep in the room for 4 nights. Complaints were answered by a front-desk man as "there is freedom in the Kingdom"! At least that was funny, especially as we were body-searched (airport security was much more relax) by fierce-looking rude guards each time we had to enter the hotel passing between huge vehicle attack blocks at the entrance! 3) Concierge people (except 1) were rude and unfriendly. Front desk people (except 2) were unfriendly, except repeating the words "you are right, very sorry" when we complained about poor services. 4) Because our flight was at 6 AM, we asked to be given a wake-up call at 3 AM and were offered our breakfast at 3:15 AM in our room, they FORGOT BOTH! We were ready for it after all the blunders, so we had our own alarm clock and we did not miss our flight! That topped all!!!!!

Oh my God. What a nightmare. I was amazed at all the problems. 1. Three times I called for wake up calls. After the second time I did not get a call and as a result made my friends late for Iftar dinner (this is a big deal in Islamic countries) I spoke with a manager about this problem. He said he would correct it. The last morning I again did not get a wake up call and almost missed my flight. 2. I opened one of my towels and discovered feces on it. Someone has whipped their behind and carefully folded and replace the towel. Thank God I did not just pick it up and while my face. 3. The tv did not work. I had to call to get it working. 4. The phone did not work properly. The buttons for caling different services did not work. I had to call reception for everything instead. 5. The water was brown. 6. Made the mistake of brushing my teeth with the water. Was horribly sick for 5 days. It could have been nothing else as I was eating with friends and they were fine. 7. I called for ice and never received it.

I always stay at Bristol when I travel to Amman. I feel very welcomed and relaxed as at home. I never look for prestigious 5 stars hotels. I love easy access clean hotels. Bristol is an ideal one. Staff are really very friendly and helpful.

I just hope they will soon refurnish the old section.

The worst are some service men at the reception, they assume being the kings and forget that they have to serve and being friendly
